Description:
The EEO Policy is a company (and not a project‐specific) policy. To comply with the EEO contract
requirements, every contractor and subcontractor who participates in a Federal‐aid project
must have an EEO Policy. The presentation and scope of the EEO Policy will vary according to
the size and structure of the individual companies.
