REMOVAL OF ACCEPTANCE AND DOCUMENTATION (A&D) DOCUMENT

This revision memo provides an interim revision to project delivery requirements.
The primary reason for the revision is to remove the Acceptance and Documentation document from
project delivery requirements.
The A&D was created many years ago with the intent to provide contractors, construction inspectors,
and construction project reviewers a summarized reference guide of the specific project requirements
to prepare for the closeout of the construction project and to streamline the closeout process.
The A&D document has not been maintained and other tools have been created to track project
requirements. The A&D document is no longer a required deliverable within the project delivery network
and has been removed from Masterworks.
Any reference to the A&D in any manual or guide will be removed in the next revision to those
documents.
