UDOT

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) invites the public to a public hearing (open-house style) on the proposed widening of US-40 between US-189 and Mill Road in Heber City.

Attendees can learn about the project, review proposed design, and provide comments. Project representatives will be available to discuss details and answer questions. A draft environmental study will be available for review at the hearing or upon request.

Public comments will be accepted from the date of this publication through October 9, 2025. Comments may be submitted:

The official comment period closes at midnight on October 9, 2025.
