| The UTC Program is not listing webinars at this time. To study what the UTCs are doing, please go to the IIJA Centers and Grantees web page; select the individual UTC’s website; and look for an Event tab. The various UTCs will often list webinars, symposia, and conferences, including recordings of previous events. In addition, research done by each UTC is stored in the RiP (Research in Progress) or TRID (Completed Research) databases administered by the Transportation Research Board (TRB). |

| TC3 courses are available in the UDOT Learning Portal and are recorded for completion. Courses taken outside of the Learning Portal are not recorded on the employee’s learning record. |
