Road Closures:
- I-15 Honeyville to Tremonton:
- Beginning, Thursday, Aug. 6, crews will perform nighttime rotomilling (remove the top layer of existing pavement) and pavement transition work near I-15 and SR-13 interchange near Chevron and Maverik. Work is expected to continue nightly through approximately the middle of the following week.
- Detours:
- Eastbound I-84 to northbound I-15 on-ramp closed, Continue from I-84 onto SB I-15 to Exit 376 (5200 West) and follow the signed detour back to northbound I-15
- Westbound I-84 to northbound I-15 on-ramp closed, Use Exit 379 (SR-102/11200 North) and follow the signed detour to southbound I-15
- Southbound I-15 to westbound I-84 on-ramp closed, Continue from southbound I-15 onto eastbound I-84 to Exit 376 (5200 West) and follow the signed detour back to westbound I-84
- Southbound I-15 to eastbound I-84 on-ramp closed, Use Exit 379 to continue to westbound I-84, then use Exit 40 (SR-102) and follow the signed detour back to eastbound I-84
- US-89/91 Wellsville:
- I-84 Weber Canyon:

- SR-106 Farmington:
- Crews have begun storm drain installations on the northeast corner of Park Lane at Main Street between 947 N and 1130 N on Main Street. The project is using one-way traffic signals to manage vehicle flow through the work zone. Drivers using driveways and access points within the project area are advised to wait for vehicles traveling in the direction of their destination before safely re-entering the travel lane.
- I-15/I-84 closures:
- I-15 Lane & Shoulder Closures, there are ongoing shoulder closures on northbound and southbound I-15, 24 hours a day.
- 4400 South between Cozy Dale Dr. and Parker Dr.
- Traffic on 4400 South underneath the I-84 bridges is reduced to one way traffic directed by flaggers from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the next few months.
- No trucks with trailers, semi-trucks or other vehicles over 40 feet in length will be allowed on 4400 South between Cozy Dale Drive and Parker Drive during construction. A height limit of 13’6″ is also in place.
- I-84 Lane Closure: There are ongoing single lane closures on westbound and eastbound I-84. The westbound closure starts at the Riverdale Road exit and continues until the merge with northbound I-15. The eastbound closure runs from the southbound I-15 exit to the Riverdale Road exit. The shoulders will also be closed in both directions during these times.
- I-15 Lane & Shoulder Closures, there are ongoing shoulder closures on northbound and southbound I-15, 24 hours a day.
- Logan closures:
- Lane closures will be present as work continues in the following locations:
- Milepost (MP) 469 to 469.5 (Near Card Canyon)
- Milepost (MP) 472.4 to 472.8 (Near Temple Fork)
- Milepost (MP) 483 to 484 (Near Franklin Basin Road)
- Lane closures will be present as work continues in the following locations:
- 5600 South Corridor upcoming closures:
- 5600 South & 1900 West Periodic Lane Closures – Final Striping. Crews will continue periodic daytime and nighttime lane closures along 5600 South and 1900 West through mid-July to complete final roadway striping and permanent pavement markings.
- 2050 West – Closed
- I-15 Shepard lane Interchange closures:
- UTA FARMINGTON STATION PARK AND RIDE LOT REDUCTION: Beginning Monday, Dec. 2, through spring 2026, the northeast section of the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) Farmington Station park and ride lot near the Front Runner station will close to serve as a construction staging area. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible parking stalls in the northeast section will remain open for use (See Map). Drivers and pedestrians should use caution while traveling near the work zone. Do not enter the staging area at any time.
Special Events:
Travel Advisory: Logan Canyon Annual Cattle Drive (Aug. 10-14) Motorists traveling through Logan Canyon Aug. 10-14, should plan for potential travel delays as the annual cattle drive takes place within the corridor. Traffic may be slowed or temporary stopped while livestock are safely moved along and across US-89.

Region One covers the northern part of the state, including the following counties: Box Elder, Cache, Davis, Morgan, Rich and Weber.
Our responsibility is to construct and maintain state roadways in the safest, most efficient manner possible.
Approximately 235 full-time employees work for Region One. We manage 942 center-line miles and 2655 lane miles of state roadway. Region One includes two national forests, one national historic site, seven state parks and three state highways designated “Scenic Byways.”
