Fly Utah Passport Program
Welcome to the Fly Utah Passport Program! In partnership with the Utah Airport Operators Association, UDOT is thrilled to invite you on a unique journey across the State of Utah. This initiative encourages everyone to discover the State’s rich aviation history, landmarks, and airports.
How do I participate?
Each participant will need their own passport booklet. These booklets are available for pick up at the following locations:
- UDOT Division of Aeronautics office, 135 N 2400 W, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116. On the east side of KSLC.
- South Valley Regional Airport KSVR (pending restock)
- St. George Regional Airport KSGC (pending restock)
Once you’ve picked up your booklet, you’re ready to begin your adventure!

Please review the following requirements to ensure compliance and eligibility for rewards.
- Flying is required to participate. To receive credit for a visit, you must be Pilot in Command. Passengers are not eligible to log flights for the program.
- You will have one year (365 days) from the start date recorded in your booklet to complete the challenges.
- Photos or stamps are required as proof of each visit. A wallet-size photo (2″x3″) will fit in the passport booklet. If you do not wish to print photos for proof of completion, please compile all your photos at the end of each challenge and send them to [email protected] for verification, with your name and the challenge you completed in the subject line.
- Any participant who collected online check-ins does not need to visit the same location twice. Previous visits can be credited towards the new challenges as long as they took place within the past 365 days. Any visits collected before this date will need to be collected again. Upon challenge completion, please notify us if you have online check-ins that need to be credited to your booklet.
